The hotel is fairly clean. The services were good. The location is nice, close to the great beaches of Cabo Rojo. The room we booked was big and warm. There were extremely comfy beds. There is a nice pool onsite.

I recently stayed at Perichi's in Joyuda for a few days and it was a great experience. The cleaning lady did an excellent job and the floor was nice and clean. The AC worked well and the room was spacious. The location was convenient, with restaurants, a gas station, and a supermarket nearby. The pool and hot tub were also a nice addition to the stay.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
